Preview Tour at Red Stag Supperclub - First LEED Certified
Restaurant in Minnesota
The Red Stag Supperclub, the
first LEED restaurant in Minnesota is opening in mid-November. LEED
is Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design - the national
standard for green building.
The Red Stag has generously
offered to host the Net Impact Minneapolis Professional Chapter
members and friends for a sneak preview of the restaurant. The
owner, Kim Bartmann, (who also owns Cafe Barbette and Bryant Lake
Bowl) and Rachelle, the LEED designer, will give us a tour of the
restaurant and speak about green building.
