Ps - People, Planet, Profit." This month's focus is planet and
we're delighted to have Jeff Sommers, owner of Izzy's Ice Cream, as
a speaker. Jeff will share his success with Izzy's High Noon Solar
Project, leveraging solar power to reduce energy consumption in the
refrigeration-intensive business of ice cream. The company's recent
installation of 200 solar panels is projected to reduce their peak
